Call Center Sales Manager - New Jersey - US Citizens ONLY

Summary of Position: - Accountable for the management, development and success of 6-10 Virtual Sales Representatives according to key performance indicators. - Demonstrated leadership ability with an emphasis on coaching, counseling and development. - Ensures client programs are set-up and executed according to contract obligations. - Demonstrates a deep understanding of the company customer and their needs. - Ability to design and implement effective programs and procedures. - Demonstrated ability to establish solid working relationships with clients and customers. - Excellent communication skills (written, speech and presenting). - Strives for the highest accuracy possible with superior attention to detail. - Able to manage multiple programs in support of clients. - Able to leverage automated information systems to increase service and response. - Actively suggests improvements to systems, processes and programs. - Can work with cross-functional teams to develop programs and enhancements. - Ability to define performance metric and drive those to achieve improvements. - Maintain a fully staffed and productive team, by managing vacancies and turnover though active involvement in the recruitment and selection process. Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare from a 4-year accredited college or university required. - Minimum 5-7 years call center telemarketing leadership/management experience. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and/or /Healthcare Industry a plus. - Demonstrated knowledge of both sales and service principles and practices. - Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc). - Proven leadership skills demonstrating career development and coaching. - Superior communication skills: verbal, written and presentation. - Strives for excellence through teambuilding concepts. - Handles changing priorities and able to switch gears to accommodate business. - Builds consensus throughout the organization. - Possesses a high level of initiative, a self-starter. - Effectively manages workload in a fast paced environment to meet established timelines - Knowledge of healthcare and/or clinicians (Physicians, Nurses, etc) a plus.
