The Role:
Development is the theme of all sales roles. The key to success is building a perpetual pipeline: to develop a book of business. In this people-focused role, you have the ability to develop yourself and the people that you impact! Where your goal is the future of your candidates! Our network of recruiters work in a virtual office from different points on the global. They work independently searching for the best candidates to fill the positions our Business Development Team gathered from our clients. We come together as a team via our virtual pbx and online network.

'Nine-to-fivers' need not apply. Here, you design your day with excitement and understand that living into your success is about making things happen expediently. Building momentum in your business is driven by a dynamic vs. static schedule that meets the needs of your vision. Setting goals is vital. Ready to close the deal? This is when you need the most discipline. Your mantra is 'keep connecting' to populate your pipeline whether on the phone or street!

The Recruiting Room is a commission employer. For every deal you close, we pay very competitive commissions that are uncapped. You earn as much as you want to while learning with a leader. We offer tremendous opportunity from day one.

Our Commission Structure:
50%of the net commission collected.

Plus profit sharing after one year of continuous service. You always maintain complete control of your book of candidates. We handle the administration and bring your candidates together with our clients.
